New Delhi: Noting that the matter has been referred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Delhi Excessive Court docket on Thursday dismissed a petition in search of a court-monitored probe into allegations that “faux laboratory assessments” have been carried out on the mohalla clinics within the nationwide capital, information company PTI reported.

The petition was filed by Bejon Kumar Misra, a social activist, in a pending public curiosity litigation (PIL) that sought closing down of unauthorised pathological labs and diagnostic centres in Delhi, alleging that they have been being managed by unqualified technicians.

Earlier, Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena had advisable a CBI probe into the allegations of pretend pathological assessments in Delhi.
