The timing of the demolition and rebuild of aged housing items in Ashburton will likely be recognized as soon as the contract is finalised.
BP Development Restricted has been chosen as the popular contractor to demolish and redevelop 16 items at Friendship Lane for the tendered value of $3,073,668 plus GST.
Council’s enterprise assist group supervisor Leanne Macdonald mentioned the element of the timeline for the 2 stage undertaking, with eight items demolished and rebuilt at a time, is being developed.
