Government opened immigration ‘flood gates’ without any housing plans

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the federal government opened the “flood gates” for immigration with none plan to accommodate folks.

“It’s fairly clear … the federal government has botched our emergence from COVID,” Mr Canavan stated.

“The earlier they admit that and reorient the higher for all of us.

“Clearly we would have liked to let extra folks in as soon as we opened the borders up after COVID, we’d gone a pair years with out having any internet migration.

“However the authorities right here has opened the flood gates with none plan to accommodate a variety of folks the dimensions of Canberra yearly.”
