Japan’s Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) has purchased Noel Topco, a UK-based holding firm of 10 firms, together with World Freight Options Restricted (GFS), a specialist in success companies for e-commerce companies, from order receipt to supply.
The UK e-commerce market is the third largest on the earth after China and the US, in accordance with NYK.
“The acquisition goals so as to add a brand new platform service to the NYK Group’s logistics enterprise, thereby increasing companies and differentiating the NYK Group from its rivals,” the Japanese firm acknowledged in a launch at the moment.
