The aerobics icon is apologizing to followers after confusion arose about his well-being over a March 18 message he wrote about well being that stated he is “dying.”
“Sorry lots of you could have gotten upset about my message in the present day,” the Simmons wrote on X (previously often called Twitter) March 18. “Even the press has gotten in contact with me. I’m not dying.”
As an alternative, Simmons stated his authentic message was “about saying how we must always embrace daily that now we have” and apologized for the confusion, signing off with, “Love, Richard.”
Simmons’ clarification got here hours after the 75-year-old posted a uncommon message motivating followers to care for themselves.
“I’ve some information to inform you. Please do not be unhappy. I’m ….dying,” he wrote on X. “Oh I can see your faces now. The reality is all of us are dying. On daily basis we stay we’re getting nearer to our dying.”
