A six-year-old woman has saved her mom’s life by dialling 999 when she suffered a extreme bronchial asthma assault that might have been deadly.
Cali-Maii Ball, from Hornchurch in east London, wakened in the course of the evening to sounds of her mum, Lauren, desperately gasping for air.
She instantly picked up Lauren’s telephone and raised the alarm by calling 999.
“I believe my mum is having an bronchial asthma assault”, she advised London Ambulance Service name handlers.
Cali-Maii promptly gave the 999 name handler her precise handle and unlocked the door to let the crews in once they arrived.
“Cali saved my life. If it wasn’t for her calling 999 so shortly and the paramedics intervening so promptly, this could have been a very completely different story,” Lauren stated, praising her daughter’s considering.
