Aliyev signed a decree “On Amendments to the Legislation “On approval of
the “Listing of uncooked supplies and provides the import of which is
exempt from value-added tax”, Pattern experiences.
The decree additionally introduces amendments to the decree of the
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on abrogation of the Decree
of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On approval of the
“Listing of uncooked supplies and provides the import of which is exempt
from value-added tax.”
In response to the decree, the time period of exemption from VAT of the
“Listing of uncooked supplies and provides the import of which is exempt
from value-added tax” was prolonged till 2026.
Beforehand, the given period would have expired in 2023.
