Azerbaijan spots detained Armenian separatist’s scheming

BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 19. Azerbaijan State
Tv (AzTV) aired a report revealing new particulars on Ruben
Vardanyan, the previous pseudo-“state minister” of Azerbaijan’s
Karabakh separatist regime who’s presently imprisoned in Baku,
